A Word Of Caution About Doing Pranayama Yoga

A Principle of Yoga
Copyright 2017-Dr. Andrew Greszczyszyn

Meditation is okay to do when you are sleepy, but pranayama is warned not to be done when exhausted or sleepy.

The reason pranayama is not suited to be done when drowsy or sleepy is because of the locking function of the breath holds. If you were to fall asleep during a breath hold you’d not consciously be able to remember to take another breath and could leave in mahasamadhi.

Conversely with mediation there generally is not the muscular lock of the breathing aparatus and breathing will resume even if you fall asleep.

A Psychological Limitation Of Enlightenment

A Psychological Limitation Of Enlightenment

Not what is enlightenment. The nature of enlightenment really translates into gaining clarity on a subject. What this post should do is help clarify the limitation to what enlightenment provides.

The Yogi or mental scientist using clearing technique like Neurolingusitic programming, Neuroemotional Technique or Emotional Freedom Technique, or even the alchemist taking correct substances is caught in a dilemma.

Here is the crutch. They become limited by the concepts internalized or realized because society has not progressed to understanding these principles who thinks these realizations are fabrics of delusion.

Often these mental scientist become classified as delusional or sometimes even Schizophrenic based on the ideas presented. Presently speaking today as law of attraction how the mind creates your surroundings.

Many yogis instead kept silent, remove themselves from society or even choose small groups of similar minded people to communicate new findings.

The following is the deference between schizophrenia and the idea of siddhis.

Schizophrenia is the changing of perception so that a hallucination external comes into the mind.

The nature of siddhis they talk about such as hearing voices or being telepathic are nothing more than a heightened acuity of the mind (NOTE: not senses which is psychosis). In this way the yogis by developing better acuity of the mind, one can differentiate between his thoughts and the thoughts of others (mind reading siddhi type of mental control), his thoughts and even animal thoughts (animal speaking siddhi) or channeling or telepathy siddhis which are others thoughts separated from his own.

Generally siddhis are a development which is growing within everyones’ mental control, and are not too special at all as eventually the likelihood is we’ll all evolve there eventually. There are siddhis which are observable to outside people that are not subjective such as Levitation, Becoming smaller or larger, lourdness or the achievement of a desire. These are considered the 8 major siddhis (not all listed here, more elsewhere in this blog forum or in books published by myself). Those siddhis that are subjective things like teleportation or bilocation (how do you know they did this in truth and you don’t know if they did it) are minor siddhis. The siddhis are not working of charlatans or even aspects of delusion by developments of mental control.

Again, the difference between psychosis and siddhis are sensory changes verse mental changes.

In this way one gets the perception of external stimuli changing function in psychosis and in siddhis the mind changes perception.

Note the senses are not the mind. So even a tree or burning bush could talk to you (just rationalize that somewhere in the cosmos or a different galaxy there is an alien that looks like the tree-this would be a description of minor siddhis, hearing a tree talk or communicating with spirits-yes even trees have consciousness, energy or spirit and a reason Shamans use some principles of healing) since it is subjective…but is not delusion or even psychosis.

A delusion would be an external stimuli generally of the five senses changing form to cause a hallucination, sight turning into smell or sound, or smell into taste or touch) these changes are psychosis and are true delusion or wrong misinterpretation-hallucination.

Generally Yoga can not cause these forms of psychosis and is safe.

Although the search mentally for siddhis can be stressful to learn, they are safe and do not cause schizophrenia or altered sensory acuity, just enhanced mental acuity.

Through this you can understand now that delusion is based on psychosis or schizophrenia and that siddhis- the evolution of the mind, principles etched in enlightenment not fictional stories taught by charlatans or delusive psychotic beings.

The Frog In The Well Knows Not Of The Great Ocean!

I learnt this from one of my healing mentors Dr. John Amaro while studying Acupuncture.

What powerful words of wisdom.

How soon are we ready to pass judgement with our limited experience.

Our realty is made of preconceived ideas based on inputs from conditioning, environment and nature.

It is not until we change our paradigms do we get to experience something new.

In the future this idea will be encapsulated within a new website I’m putting together located at www.LiberationFactor.com
Some basics ideas and teachings will be based on the Seven Methods of Liberation. A concept I learnt through Samadhi.
Even the concept of liberation is plagued with confusion. In Truth the idea of liberation or Moksha as eastern religions talk about is achievement of some final destination like heaven or a paradise.
But then what of immortality and Hindus concept of finishing the cycles of birth and death?

The frog who does not have experience of immortality only knows going to heaven and ending as spirit…the siddhas know there a dualistic nature to this universe suggesting the nature of both spiritual and physical liberation.

Watch this Blog closely for more details on timing of website release.

Boganathar.

Much is not known about Boganathar. Boganathar is often referenced as a disciple of both Kalangi and Agastyar.
Kalangi is by nature Bogarnathar’s first guru and his second guru Agastyar.
Through working with Kalangi Bogarnathar learnt alchemistry. Bogarnathar became able to manifest gold from base metals and then developed higher siddhis.

Introduction To Siddhas

Very rarely does one become immortal. An immortalist is never created to cause fear in others. An immortalist works with Shiva on missions that develop humanity.
Babaji has a mission to help create deathless or immortal beings.
Through working on developing immortality one always moves closer to liberation.
Babaji is willing to share the following with humanity.
Babaji will never die and will always remain able to live in this earth’s field as long as this field exists.
Babaji has others he calls disciples who also share this ability with.
Boganathar, Babaji’s first guru is immortal as well. Boganathar has some disciples who are immortal as well.
A true disciple is one who has become immortal. Of the following disciple that have become immortal, Babaji is Boganathar’s highest being.
Boganathar does not seek disciples. If someone is sincere and goes looking for discipleship-Boganathar often tries to teach the disciple ways they can become immortal.
Dr. Andrew Greszczyszyn is a disciple of both Babaji and Boganathar’s guru Kalangi.
Kalangi is a disciple of Thirumoolar. Kalangi is ready to reveal his mission to the world.

Kalangi or Kalanginathar.
Deathless and able to move to other locations around this universe. Kalangi is fond of work and developing fame in others. Kalangi is not your typical siddha. He uses unorthodox methods to shape students so they can become more realized.
Kalangi does not take immortality lightly. He expresses gratitude to Shiva daily for the developments that has shaped him into a human being who does not die.
Kalangi decided long ago that his limitations in developing fame would not stop him from helping others become more famous-even more than Jesus if they could.
Babaji has learnt from Kalangi as has Dr. Andrew Greszczyszyn.
Andrew or Sohamahos Greszczyszyn has learnt that preseverance and hard work never goes unoticed. Dr. Andrew Greszczyszyn has himself adopted a less rigourous yoga practice and began working on releasing eManauls that will help Siddhas become more noticed in history.
There will be four Siddhas who will work with Dr. Andrew “Sohamahos” Greszczyszyn. The following are the four siddhas.
1. Boganathar
2. Kalanginathar
3. Babaji
4. Thirumoolar

Each has his own mission as an immortal. In part each have spent time teaching Dr. Andrew Greszczyszyn and through working with him understand ways to teach those who are seeking immortality.
